This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game The Earth Is Flat (“the App,” “we,” “us”), published by Ultra Entertainment, handles information. We built the App to collect as little as possible: there is no account, no login, and we do not ask for your name, email, or location. Your game progress is stored only on your device.

Information collected automatically

The App uses the following third-party services, which collect limited data to function. We do not sell your data.

• Google AdMob — serves the optional rewarded ads (“Tune Into the Broadcast”). It may process device identifiers, including the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) when you grant tracking permission, and ad-interaction data, to deliver and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — collects anonymized usage and event data (e.g. screens viewed, features used), an app-instance identifier, and basic device/OS information, to help us understand how the App is used.
• Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash diagnostics, device state, and a crash-instance identifier so we can fix stability problems.

Purchases

In-app purchases (redpill packs) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

App Tracking Transparency

If we ask permission to track via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, you may decline. Declining does not affect your ability to play; ads simply become less personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• Resetting progress in the App’s Settings erases all locally stored game data.
• Uninstalling the App removes all on-device data.
• You can limit ad personalization through your device’s privacy settings.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
